Identity and contact information for the funeral director use	Includes:   Name  Address  Email address  Telephone number  Job title	This information is necessary for us to fulfil our contract with you, i.e. to give you access to the service our website provides.  Our lawful basis for processing this information is to fulfil our contract with you (i.e. to deliver services to you).  If you choose not to provide this information, we will be unable to provide our services to you.  We may also collect other information, such as your business name and other contact details. Such information is not personal data and is not dealt with under this privacy policy.
Payment details	Information provided when you pay us for the services.	We do not personally collect this information. When we invoice you for an order of services, you will generally pay via a third party. No personal data is passed to us via this method of payment and your payment is governed by their terms.  However, if you request and we grant a refund to you, we may request your bank details so that we can remit the repayment to you. We will request this information via email, and we will delete the payment details once payment has been remitted.  Our lawful basis for processing this data is our legitimate interest in providing you with a refund.
